Manuela Marina Nestor

Manuela Marina Nestor, Senior Partner, serves as Co-Managing Partner and heads the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets department.

Manuela Nestor, prior to founding the law firm, acted as Legal Advisor and General Counsel to the Romanian Consulting Institute Romconsult and then as General Counsel to the University of Bucharest.

Mrs. Nestor has extensive experience in sophisticated transactions in both the public and private sectors. Her practice is distinguished by creative and practical problem solving ability combined with rigorous attention to detail in arriving at most satisfactory solutions for the clients.

For the past thirty years, Mrs. Nestor has worked with private and public Romanian and international corporations and has played a major role in some of the most significant transactions in Romania involving mergers and acquisitions, financing, restructuring and divestitures. Mrs. Nestor is recognized by the international legal guides and the business community as one of the leading Romanian lawyers in these practice areas.

Manuela Marina Nestor graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and holds Master Degrees in International Commercial Relationships and in International Commercial Law. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
