Alina Timofti, Daniela Gramaticescu and Alexandru Aparaschivei – speakers at the third CELF event in 2023
The CELF Community held the third event part of the series of business gatherings scheduled for 2023, designed to provide a platform for relevant debates on topical tax matters.
The central theme of the event was focused on inclusions and exclusions from the VAT tax base. In particular, the speakers of the event, Alina Timofti (Partner, NNDKP Tax Advisory Services), Daniela Gramaticescu (Partner, Dispute Resolution) and Alexandru Aparaschivei (Partner, NNDKP Tax Advisory Services), discussed together with the guests about the practice of tax authorities and courts in situations such as: price changes established by court/arbitral decisions, uncollected debts and amounts due for non-fulfilment of contractual obligations.
