On March 16, 2023, Chambers & Partners released the results of its 2022 European research, a benchmark when it comes to recognizing prominent law firms and leading legal practitioners in the region.
Our colleagues, Adina Chilim-Dumitriu, Alina Boureanu and Madalina Vasile, contributed the Romanian chapter to the TMT Comparative Guide: 2022 put together by CEE Legal Matters, which covers ten jurisdictions, including Romania. This year’s edition looked at the most important regulations relative to online contracting, digital signatures, and digital archiving across the researched jurisdictions.

Bucharest, 11 January 2022: NNDKP assisted Tech Mahindra, a leading provider of digital transformation, consulting and business re-engineering services, in a multi-jurisdictional transaction, regarding the acquisition of the Allyis group. The total value of the transaction is estimated at USD 125 million.
