Decision of unconstitutionality
- Yesterday, 5 February 2013, the Romanian Constitutional Court adopted Decision no. 39 through which the objection raised by Labormed Pharma before the Court of Appeal section VIII of administrative and fiscal litigation with File no. 5121/2/2012 was admitted and the phrase “which includes VAT” in art. 3 index 1 paragraph 5 of Emergency Ordinance no. 77/2011 as amended and completed by Emergency Ordinance no. 110/2011 was declared unconstitutional.
