Order 65/2013 amending Order 1081/2011 for the approval of the template and content of certain forms of informative statements was published in Official Gazette 56/2013
- Due to changes of the turnover threshold from lei 119,000 to lei 220,000 for information required to be declared through forms 392A and 392B respectively, the filling in instructions of these forms are properly amended.
- The provisions of the present Order are applicable starting with 25 January 2013.
