NNDKP at GCR Annual State Aid Conference
On 17 September 2019, NNDKP attended the 4th Annual Live State Aid conference organized by the Global Competition Review in Brussels, Belgium.
Georgeta Dinu, Partner and head of Competition, State Aid and EU Law practices was a speaker in the panel “State Aid and Tax Ruling”, which looked at the developing views on fundamental topics regarding state aid and tax rulings, with a particular focus on recent and expected decisions in some of the high-profile cases.
