NNDKP CELF event in Timisoara – Tax Disputes in The Digital Era
NNDKP CELF event Tax Disputes in the Digital Era took place on May 10, 2023, in Timisoara, offering valuable insights into a significant number of issues with high impact on the day-to-day activity of businesses.
In the first part of the event, NNDKP legal and tax professionals Adriana I. Gaspar, Eva Forika, Marius Ionescu, Daniela Pepa, Sorin Mociofan and Ion Loga, together with their guest, Mircea Simeria (Directorate-General for Public Finance), outlined how tax inspections are carried out at present and what could change in the future, as well as the current status of the Romanian Agency for Fiscal Administration reform and the procedure changes expected to be seen in 2023 and down the line.
The second part included a session of technical and practical discussions centered around other topical legal and tax issues.
The event was part of the series of meetings hosted by NNDKP CELF throughout this year with the aim of informing in-house legal and finance professionals, top executives and other stakeholders of the latest developments in the tax field.
