NNDKP contributes to the Global Comparative Guide to Children in the Digital World by Bird & Bird
Gabriela Cacerea (Partner), Iurie Cojocaru (Partner), Laurentiu Neacsu (Senior Associate) and Anda Zamfir (Associate) have contributed to the recently published Global Comparative Guide to Children in the Digital World by Bird & Bird.
The guide provides an analysis of the various laws, regulations and guidelines across 40+ different jurisdictions that govern children’s rights in the digital world. Its aim is to outline core regulatory requirements that businesses offering digital products and services to mixed use audiences, including children, need to follow for compliance purposes.
