Emil Bivolaru

Partner Emil Bivolaru is part of the firm’s Dispute Resolution department.

Emil Bivolaru represents clients in court and before the Arbitration Court in a wide variety of legal areas, including civil, commercial, tax, criminal and intellectual property law.

He successfully manages the civil component of major criminal cases and litigates cases regarding claims for recovery and restitution of land and property.

Mr. Bivolaru graduated from Nicolae Titulescu University School of Law and International Relations and is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
