Adina Chilim-Dumitriu

Partner Adina Chilim-Dumitriu heads the firm’s Commercial Contracts and Public Procurement practice group.

Her major areas of expertise include gas field, project finance, public procurement, mergers and acquisitions and telecommunications.

Mrs. Chilim-Dumitriu assisted various investors in significant mergers and acquisitions and privatizations, borrowers and lenders in connection with complex financing transactions in various projects (such as telecommunications, real estate, petroleum activities and explorations). She has developed particular expertise in the gas field (gas distribution, supply, transportation, storage and production).

Adina Chilim-Dumitriu graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
