Our Gaming practice has emerged as a result of the increased interest of the main gambling operators in the Romanian market and has been rapidly expanding, especially over the last three years. The lawyers in this practice have substantial cross-disciplinary experience and their expertise in gaming legislation grew by constant collaboration with well known companies acting in the gaming industry, both local and international, as well as with international law firms specialized in betting and gaming.

In response to our clients’ need for specialized advice in this area, our experienced team of lawyers provides assistance on all gaming matters, including organization and exploitation of gambling activities, online gambling matters, gambling advertising, as well as joint venture agreements between private and public entities for organizing and exploiting state monopoly gambling activities, advertising lotteries and other gaming/promotional activities.
