Lavinia Ionita

Lavinia Ionita is a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice group, where she provides legal assistance in connection with a wide range of commercial real estate projects, acquisition and development, due diligence analysis, transaction structuring and negotiation. She has extensive expertise in construction related matters, advising clients in relation to drafting and negotiating construction agreements, including based on FIDIC forms, as well as in relation to claims/DAB situations resulting from the interpretation and execution of FIDIC based contracts.

Ms. Ionita graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
