  • ongoing assistance and representation of a British Insurance company trying to defend the mortgage pledged and the property title over a 10.000 sq. meters plot of land, annulled as a consequence of criminal proceedings
  • ongoing assistance to a large real estate investment company acting on the Romanian market, as regards administrative proceedings prior to applying for/the issuance of town planning documentation, more specifically, the assistance in the preliminary procedures of public consultations
  • assistance and representation of two major banks in pending litigations with their clients on matters related to credit consumers’ protection
  • assistance and representation of a large real estate investment company in a public procurement procedure as regards a lease contract intended to be concluded by a central public Romanian authority
