Valeriu Mina

Valeriu Mina is a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution department, where he has extensive experience in litigation and arbitration, as an accomplished advocate in the courtroom and in disputes resolved outside the courts, including arbitration and conciliation. He represents clients across a broad spectrum of industries in various substantive areas of practice, such as complex commercial disputes, privatization matters, civil and criminal matters, enforcement proceedings and representation before public authorities.

Mr. Mina graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and holds a Master degree in business law from the “Nicolae Titulescu” University Law School. He is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
