Valentin Voinescu

Valentin Voinescu is a member of the firm’s Banking and Finance practice group. His experience includes assisting financial institutions and borrowers on a wide range of finance transactions, being responsible with transaction management, drafting and negotiating of finance documents, coordinating completion of conditions precedent, providing post-closing advice on a wide range of issues, from operational day-to-day matters to advice on debt restructuring and various enforcement and insolvency matters.

Mr. Voinescu graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
