Radu Tufescu

Radu Tufescu is a member of the firm's Competition Practice Group, where he advises clients in various sectors in connection with a wide array of competition matters - competition investigations, including dawn raids, competition clearance, competition training for the purpose of compliance of the business conduct with competition rules, risk assessment, assistance with state aid matters.

Mr. Tufescu graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School in 1996. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in EC Competition Law, from King's College at the University of London (2009), a Master Degree in Political Sciences from the University of Bucharest (2001) and an LL.M. in Comparative Constitutional Law from the Central European University (2002). He has previously worked for the Romanian Competition Authority as Senior Competition Expert, he joined Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen in 2008 and is a member of Bucharest Bar.
