Mihnea Radu

Mihnea Radu is part of our Timisoara office team, where he advises clients on legal matters related to Commercial Contracts and Real Estate and provides legal assistance for the clients in various types of litigations (civil, commercial, administrative, public procurement).

Mr. Radu graduated from the Western University Law School in Timisoara and holds a Master Degree in Business Law. Mr. Radu is a member of the Timis Bar and also acts as Arbiter in the Commercial Arbitration Court of Arad Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
