Mihai Macelaru

Mihai Macelaru is a member of the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions practice group, where he assists the clients on all aspects of corporate transactions across a broad range of transaction types, e.g. purchases and divestitures, tender offers, restructurings, spin-offs.

Mr. Macelaru graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. He also holds an LL.M in International Business Administration. He is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
