Marius Ezer

Marius Ezer is a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution department, where he has acquired expertise in a wide range of dispute resolution matters, specialising in insolvency proceedings concerning debt collection. He is also experienced in commercial disputes concerning the assessment and management of conflicts related to loan facilities for the development of real estate projects, the performance and enforcement of lease agreements and civil disputes concerning the recovery of property.

Mr. Ezer graduated from the “Nicolae Titulescu” University Law School and holds a Master degree in business law from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. A member of the Bucharest Bar, he is also an Assistant Professor of business law at the Academy of Economic Studies.
