Lucian Vitelaru

Lucian Vitelaru has been involved in some of the most significant real estate transactions to have taken place on the market during the past five years and provided legal assistance in the subsequent stages of such projects, covering both the retail and office segments.
Lucian is also experienced in advising clients in connection with various issues related to the real estate field, such as the rights over the lands and the authorization procedures in renewable energy projects, as well as in mining exploitation projects. Additionally, Lucian has been constantly involved in real estate projects covering the entire range of specific legal activities, including the due diligence analysis for the acquisition, drafting and negotiation of legal documents, civil and commercial law analyses, etc.

Lucian graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and holds a Master’s degree in business law.
