George Trandafir

George Trandafir is a member of the firm’s Infrastructure and PPP practice group and he has acquired significant expertise in several areas of law, including contracts, corporate governance and commercial law. He has a solid background in real estate, M&A and project finance, gained through advising large international investment funds, private investors and public companies.

Mr. Trandafir graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and has a Master degree in business law from the same university, as well as an LL.M. from in law. He is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
