Cristian Militaru

Cristian Militaru is a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution department, represents both local and international companies before the courts in issues involving civil law, bankruptcy law, commercial law, labor and employment law, administrative law. He also has extensive experience in the field of health and safety law, especially in the construction area, including in cases involving work accidents.

Mr. Militaru graduated from the the “Nicolae Titulescu” University Law School and holds postgraduate and Master degrees in EU law, respectively business law, from the University of Bucharest Law School. He is a member of Tulcea Bar.
