Catalin Radbata

Catalin Radbata’s activity focuses mainly on cross border litigations and international commercial arbitration. He has acquired significant experience with respect to practical procedural aspects related to summoning procedures abroad, ensuring and producing evidence in other jurisdictions, as well as with the recognition and enforcement of court decisions and arbitration awards in Romania. Catalin provides legal assistance in disputes related to retail and residential construction agreements, infrastructure, international transportation contracts, as well as the enforcement of security interests or personal guarantees related to such agreements. In addition to litigation proceedings, Catalin manages a high number of negotiations, discussions and amicable conciliations on behalf of his clients.

Catalin graduated from the Babes-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca Law School and holds a Master’s degree in American law and international legal practice from the Loyola University in Los Angeles (USA). He is also a certified interpreter and translator of English, Italian and French.
