Partner Sorina Olaru (Cretu) is part of the firm’s Dispute Resolution department.

Sorina Olaru (Cretu) represents clients in court and before the Romanian and ICC Arbitration Courts in areas such as international commercial arbitration, intellectual property, civil, commercial and administrative law and professional responsibility matters.

Ms. Olaru (Cretu) is a member of the Association of International Arbitration and specializes in disputes related to trademarks, patents, copyright and industrial design.

Sorina Olaru (Cretu) graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
