Simona Neagu

Partner Simona Neagu is part of the firm’s Dispute Resolution department.

Simona Neagu assists and represents clients in court and before the Arbitration Court in a wide range of legal areas, such as civil, commercial, international commerce, banking, company, administrative and tax law, administrative disputes, enforcement proceedings, bankruptcy and reorganization proceedings.

Mrs. Neagu graduated from Babes Bolyai University Law School and from the Romanian National College for Magistrates. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
