Ruxandra Maria Bologa

Partner Ruxandra Maria Bologa co-heads the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice group.

Ruxandra Maria Bologa specializes in commercial and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, company reorganization, contract negotiations, business transfers and outsourcing.

She has been involved in various share and asset deals, including privatizations, as well as in the negotiation of numerous commercial and administrative contracts. Her areas of expertise also cover the energy sector, with particular emphasis on the oil and gas field, on natural gas exploration, production, storage and trading and on renewables.

Ruxandra Maria Bologa graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
