Radu Damaschin

Partner Radu Damaschin is part of the firm’s Dispute Resolution department.

Radu Damaschin represents clients in disputes related to contractual liability, bankruptcy procedures, fiscal obligations and public procurement procedures. He also provides legal assistance and representation in real estate litigations and general administrative disputes.

Mr. Damaschin graduated from University of Bucharest Law School and has a postgraduate degree in private law from the same university. He also holds a Master degree in business law from the “Nicolae Titulescu” Law School in Bucharest and has successfully attended the courses offered by the Academy of American and International Law, Center for American and International Law, Plano, Texas. He is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
