Madalin Niculeasa

Partner Madalin Niculeasa is part of the firm’s Dispute Resolution department.

Madalin Niculeasa has acquired extensive expertise in fiscal and administrative disputes. He represents clients in cases pending before Romanian courts and International Court of Arbitration in a wide range of litigation matters, including civil and commercial law. Mr. Niculeasa handles litigation proceedings in areas such as bankruptcy, labor law and other regulatory issues.

Mr. Niculeasa graduated from Titu Maiorescu University Law School and from the National School of Political and Administrative Studies in Bucharest. He holds a Ph.D. in fiscal law and has published numerous articles and books on administrative and fiscal matters.
