Luminita Dima

Partner Luminita Dima heads the firm’s Employment practice group.

Luminita Dima is one of the most reputed specialists in employment law in Romania with fifteen years of experience in the field. Her expertise covers the negotiation, conclusion and enforcement of collective labor agreements, as well as drafting internal rules and policies, implementing legal procedures with respect to terminating labor agreements, implementing re-organization operations/collective dismissals, due diligence on labor relations.

Ms. Dima graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and holds an LL.M. in Business and International Cooperation Law. A member of the Bucharest Bar, she also holds a Ph.D. in employment law and is a Lecturer at the University of Bucharest Law School.
