Ioana Niculeasa

Partner Ioana Niculeasa heads the firm’s Real Estate practice group.

Ioana Niculeasa specializes in all aspects of real estate transactions. She has been involved in all major real estate projects to have taken place over the past years in Romania.

Mrs. Niculeasa has outstanding expertise in drafting due diligence reports, drafting and negotiating real estate documents and providing assistance on construction and development of real estate projects. She also advises clients on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

Ioana Niculeasa graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
