Gabriela Cacerea

Partner Gabriela Cacerea co-heads the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice group.

Mrs. Cacerea specializes in commercial and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, as well as privatizations, contract negotiations, business transfers and outsourcing, companies reorganizations.

She has been involved in numerous merger and acquisition transactions, including high profile privatization projects in the energy sector, as well as business transfer and corporate restructuring transactions. Her areas of expertise also cover the energy sector (electricity generation, including from renewable sources, transport, distribution and supply and natural gas transport, distribution and supply, unbundling operations), as well as insurance and consumer goods fields.

Gabriela Cacerea graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
