Ana-Maria Miron

Partner Ana-Maria Miron co-heads the Tax Advisory Services division, affiliated to the law firm, together with Marius Ionescu and Alina Timofti.

Ana-Maria Miron, with fifteen years of experience in a first rank law firm and an international audit and consultancy firm, is an expert in transaction structuring, European vat, direct tax related directives, financial services and capital markets and is also part of the managing team for Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen Tax Advisory Services division, affiliated to the law firm.

Ana-Maria Miron graduated from the University of Bucharest School of Political and Administrative Sciences and from the Ecologic University of Bucharest Law School. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
