Alina Radu

Partner Alina Radu heads the firm’s Banking and Finance practice group.

Alina Radu's major areas of expertise include banking, project finance, real estate, mergers and acquisitions and privatizations.

Mrs. Radu has been involved in the most significant banking privatizations in Romania. She has vast experience in assisting financial institutions and borrowers in major financing transactions and providing advice in relation to the launch of new banking products and other financial services matters. Alina Radu is recognized by prestigious international legal guides as one of the top lawyers in the banking and finance field.

Alina Radu graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
