Adriana Ioana Gaspar

Senior Partner Adriana Ioana Gaspar heads the firm’s Corporate Law department and the Infrastructure and PPP practice group.

Prior to becoming a Partner with Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen, Mrs. Gaspar was a judge with the Bucharest Court and an Associate Law Professor at the University of Bucharest.

Her expertise covers a wide range of legal areas, including cross-border finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure development and financing. In twenty years of activity, Mrs. Gaspar has designed and negotiated on behalf of or with relevant Romanian authorities appropriate contractual packages, as well as complementary legal and regulatory frameworks, particularly in the fields of privatization, mergers and acquisitions and foreign investments.

Mrs. Gaspar coordinates the firm’s infrastructure practice group, advising state authorities and foreign investors in relation to some of the largest Romanian transport infrastructure development projects. She is recognized by prestigious international legal publications as a top professional whose proactive approach and problem solving ability combine with a profound insight of the industry area and understanding of the client’s needs to provide practical and commercially focused solutions.

Adriana Ioana Gaspar graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and from the Romanian National College for Magistrates. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
