Patricia Petersen

Patricia Petersen is an American citizen and she is Of Counsel to Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen.

Ms. Petersen's major areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation and commercial law.

Prior to founding Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen, she practiced law with a prominent law firm in Seattle, Washington.
Ms. Petersen has served as lecturer on legal matters in post-graduate economic courses.

She received her legal education at Harvard Law School, from which she graduated with a J.D. cum laude. Ms. Petersen is a member of the Washington State Bar and the Bucharest Bar.
