Andrew Kingston

Andrew Kingston is an American citizen and he is an Of Counsel to Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen.

Mr. Kingston's major areas of expertise include project finance, cross-border finance transactions and international trade.

Prior to founding Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen, Mr. Kingston served as Law Clerk to the Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court in Hawaii, and practiced law with a prominent law firm in Seattle, Washington. Mr. Kingston has been appointed Adjunct Law Professor at Cornell Law School, teaching Corporate Finance in Emerging Markets.

He received his legal education at Harvard Law School, from which he graduated with a J.D. cum laude. Mr. Kingston is a member of the Washington State Bar and the Bucharest Bar.
