Raluca Nechimis

Raluca Nechimis is one of the coordinators of NNDKP’s Commercial Contracts and Public Procurement practice group.

Raluca Nechimis has twelve years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. Lately, she has been involved in counseling clients on the public procurement legislation as recently modified, focusing on the legal sensitive issues raised by the tenderers.

Ms. Nechimis graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and holds an LL.M in International Business Law. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
