Cristina (Virtopeanu) Reichmann

Cristina (Virtopeanu) Reichmann coordinates the firm’s Capital Markets practice group.

Cristina (Virtopeanu) Reichmann has thirteen years of experience in corporate law, capital markets, financial instruments and services. She is specialized in providing legal assistance in complex projects including public offers on the local and/or European market, the acquisition and sale of financial instruments (including ATS/MTF and OTC), transactions with derived instruments as well as with respect to planning securitized operations/structured financing.

Ms. (Virtopeanu) Reichmann graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and from the University of Bucharest School of Foreign Languages. Ms. (Virtopeanu) Reichmann is a member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Arbitral Chamber of Bucharest Stock Exchange.
