Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen the Only Law Firm in Romania Nominated to the European Business Awards

Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen has announced today that it has been the only law firm in Romania to represent our country in the prestigious 2011 European Business Awards, the Customer Focus category. NNDKP will compete further for a coveted Ruban d’Honneur in the next round of the competition. Final category Award winners will be unveiled in Barcelona in November this year.

An important aspect of business development, customer focus ensures that services provided are useful and relevant to current and potential customers. As a core practice it drives growth through a deep understanding of customer values. This award celebrates organizations that have enhanced their prospects and profitability by putting the customer at the heart of its business.

The European Business Awards, supported by HSBC, RSM International, Infosys and in association with UKTI, is an independent Awards program designed to recognize and promote excellence, best practice and innovation in the European business community, in line with the broad aims of the European Union and business representative groups across the member states.

The Awards highlight and promote examples of individuals and organizations that achieve outstanding results across a variety of disciplines – from environmental concern to customer focus – results that set them apart as leaders in Europe.

The esteemed panel of judges were looking for organizations to represent Romania who exhibited innovation, business excellence and sustainability.
