Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen the Only Law Firm in Romania Nominated to the European Business Awards

Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen has announced today that it has been the only law firm in Romania to represent our country in the prestigious 2011 European Business Awards, the Customer Focus category. NNDKP will compete further for a coveted Ruban d’Honneur in the next round of the competition. Final category Award winners will be unveiled in Barcelona in November this year.

An important aspect of business development, customer focus ensures that services provided are useful and relevant to current and potential customers. As a core practice it drives growth through a deep understanding of customer values. This award celebrates organizations that have enhanced their prospects and profitability by putting the customer at the heart of its business.

The European Business Awards, supported by HSBC, RSM International, Infosys and in association with UKTI, is an independent Awards program designed to recognize and promote excellence, best practice and innovation in the European business community, in line with the broad aims of the European Union and business representative groups across the member states.

The Awards highlight and promote examples of individuals and organizations that achieve outstanding results across a variety of disciplines – from environmental concern to customer focus – results that set them apart as leaders in Europe.

Every year the judges discover some truly impressive businesses who overlook their own brilliance. The Awards provide a global showcase for these inspiring companies who strive to deliver excellence in everything they do”, Adrian Tripp, CEO of European Business Awards said.

The European Business Awards has identified some of Europe’s brightest businesses based on their ability to demonstrate the three core principles at the heart of the Awards program. The esteemed panel of judges were looking for organizations to represent Romania who exhibited innovation, business excellence and sustainability.

It’s an honour to be recognised as one of the leading firms in our country and in our field. We’re looking forward to the next round of the competition where we’ll be competing across Europe to receive a Ruban d’Honneur and hopefully win the category for Customer focus”, Ion Nestor stated.

The European Business Awards involves some of Europe’s key political figures, top academics and media representatives from Europe’s most influential media owners.

Entering the European Business Awards is a chance for companies to benchmark themselves against the best businesses in Europe. Due to the quality of the entrants and the rigor of the judging process, those who are selected to represent their country, receive a Ruban d’Honneur or secure the ultimate accolade of winning a European Business Award are seen as exceptional European businesses.
