Ana-Maria Miron

Partner Ana-Maria Miron co-heads the Tax Advisory Services division, affiliated to the law firm, together with Marius Ionescu, Alina Timofti and Dragos Doros.

Ana-Maria Miron has thirteen years of experience in a first rank law firm and an international audit and consultancy firm. Her areas of expertise cover transaction structuring, European VAT, direct tax related directives, financial services and capital markets.

Ana-Maria Miron graduated from the University of Bucharest School of Political and Administrative Sciences and from the Ecologic University of Bucharest Law School. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
