We represented Otto Wolf, a major foreign company, in the most complex Romanian commercial litigation concerning an international sale purchase agreement concluded by a former communist state enterprise, a trial involving a claim of around USD 40,000,000.
We represent Ford Motor Company in various corporate disputes relating to the validity of the Shareholders Meeting Decisions in relation with the implementation of the privatization agreement concluded by Ford with A.V.A.S., including but not limited to, a litigation involving the annulment of a share capital increase decision.
Our lawyers represent Global Vehicles, a major international company, in connection with an allegation of non-compliance with the obligations undertook under the privatization contract concluded with the Romanian privatization authority.
We successfully represent TBI Leasing, a major leasing company, in several commercial litigations regarding the fulfillment of the leasing contracts concluded with their clients.
We represent Laromet, one of the leading Romanian producers of non-ferrous semi-products, in relation with a debt recovery.

We represented Alpha Bank in a very complex litigation involving real estate and banking law, due to non-fulfillment of the contractual obligations undertaken by a real estate debtor under two contracts, a sale-purchase agreement and a term loan agreement with values of over EUR 36 million.
We represent Globe Trade Center (GTC), a major real estate developer, in connection with the dispute arising out of the unlawful restriction of the access road to its property by its neighbors.
We represent Bluehouse, a major real estate developer, in connection with a civil action for recovery of property that challenged the lawfulness of its property title.
We represented Asmita Gardens, a major real estate developer, in concluding an amicable settlement of a dispute with the contractor.

We represent Olympia Dezvoltare, part of Bluehouse investment fund, in an arbitration proceeding in what concerns the execution of a sale-purchase agreement regarding a plot of land.
Our team represents Vapro Subsidy Services, a large Dutch human resources consultancy company, in an arbitration proceeding concerning a services agreement concluded for the approval of structural funds.
We represent Electrocentrale Bucuresti in negotiating an amicable settlement with a major company specialized in public works before starting an ICC arbitration.
In association with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, we represent the Romanian Government via the Ministry of Public Finance in an arbitral proceeding before the International Center for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) in connection with claims brought by foreign investors in the European Drinks group of companies.
We successfully represented JacobsGibb in the arbitration proceeding conducted under UNCITRAL Rules against the National Company of Motorways and Highways of Romania.

We assist Gabriel Resources with respect to the Rosia Montana project regarding the exploitation of gold resources, with respect to the issuance of the necessary permits and licenses, including disputes with Nongovernmental Organizations concerning the limits of their power to act on behalf of public interest.
We represent Vodafone Romania in disputes concerning administrative decisions issued by the local authorities with respect to certain conditions imposed for operators, based on urbanism planning and regulations.
We currently represent Smithfield Ferme in an administrative claim against the authorities alleging the compensation right of approximately EUR 8 millions as a result of the damage incurred due to a classical swine fever outbreak from 2007, since the first voluntary restrictions of animal movement enforced to limit risks of contamination and until destruction of all pigs exposed to classical swine fever pursuant to the order of the Timis Antiepizootic Committee.
We successfully represented Tenaris/Silcotub in an administrative claim concerning the annulment of a local tax unlawfully imposed by the local authority.
We represent “Spiru Haret“ University, a private university in Bucharest, in disputes concerning the procedure of administrative accreditation as well as the rightful implementation of the study programs established at a national level.

We represent Total Lubricants in a fiscal litigation in relation with the annulment of a fiscal decision enforcing a fiscal debt.
We represent Ford Motor Company in a dispute with the fiscal and customs national authorities concerning the appliance of customs treatment.
We represent Rolast, a Romanian rubber products manufacturer, in a dispute with the Romanian fiscal authority regarding the cancellation of an administrative fiscal act.
We successfully represent Alpha Bank in a fiscal litigation in connection with the rules regarding reserves and provisions.

We represent Strauss, a major coffee company on the local market, in several cases against former employees performing unlawful competition acts.
We represent Lafarge Romania, one of the largest cement producers in Romania, in an administrative claim filed by Carpatcenent.

We represent Donasid, a member of the Tenaris Group in Siderca’s bankruptcy proceeding, one of the most complex and disputed bankruptcy proceedings, with respect to the legal framework governing the appointment and the powers of the liquidator.
Our lawyers represented Credit Europe Bank in a very complex litigation involving both real estate and banking law, due to non fulfillment of the contractual obligation undertaken by a real estate debtor.
Our team represented Petrom in a complex litigation involving banking, fiscal and insolvency rules in connection with a significant debt to be recovered from an insolvent company.
We successfully represented Rosegur, one of the largest Romanian security and personnel services provider, member of Prosegur Group in commercial dispute against fraudulent creditors. We provided advise the company for closing the procedure and reinserting the Company in commercial activity.

We represented Quadrant Amroq Beverages (QAB), member of PepsiAmericas, in a labor litigation regarding the annulment of dismissal decision.
We represent Petrom in a labor litigation related to the interpretation of the collective labor agreement.
We successfully represented Bechtel in a complex litigation concerning the lawfulness of the investigation conducted by the authority in connection with a labor accident.
We represent Lafarge Romania, the cement producer, in a criminal litigation involving a labor accident.

We represented Heineken Romania in proceedings having as subject matter intellectual property patent rights and the annulment of patent.
We are assisting Uniqa Versicherungen AG, the insurance products and related services provider, in initiating litigation against a Romanian insurance company, Astra Asigurare Reasigurare, having as subject matter the illicit use of the Uniqa trademark owned by client.
We represent Colgate Palmolive in litigation against French company Laboratoires Radiatex having as subject matter the annulment of a trademark registered in Romania in infringement of the Protex trademark owned by the client.
We assist Zentiva, the pharmaceutical company, in initiating the litigation against Lundbeck A/S having as subject matter the intellectual property patent rights and the annulment of patent registered by the opposing party.
We assist and represent Microfibres Inc., the American fabrics manufacturer, in a counterfeit litigation against several Romanian companies that are acting in infringement of the intellectual property rights owned by the client over industrial designs.
