Our Employment practice has been a significant specialized area within our firm for over twelve years. We have built an experienced and knowledgeable team that provides clients with coordinated and locally specific advice on the rules and regulations governing employment, labor, immigration, expatriation, pensions and benefits. We established an Employment Litigation practice comprising a number of reputable professionals from our Dispute Resolution practice and an Employment Tax practice that draws a number of recognized practitioners from our Tax practice and assists clients in the areas of employee pensions, benefits and taxation.

The Employment practice is coordinated by Partner Luminita Dima.
