Doina Tuluca

Doina Tuluca is a Partner with NNDKP Intellectual Property Counseling division, affiliated to the law firm, and co-heads the division together with Ana-Maria Baciu.

Ms. Tuluca is widely recognized as a reputed patent and trademark specialist, with over fourteen years of experience in the IP field. Her areas of expertise include contentious and prosecution of patents (mechanical, electro-mechanical, optics and measuring equipment), trademarks and copyrights.

She is a licensed European patent trademark and design attorney and a member of EPI, ECTA, FICPI, AIPPI and INTA. She was President of the National Chamber of Industrial Property Counselors (2004 - 2008) and Vice - president of the same institution (2008 - 2010).
