Delia Belciu

Delia Belciu is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Counseling division.

She advises clients on IP matters in various industries on trademarks, design and copyright matters, as well as on advertising and promotion and also arbitration proceedings with respect to domain names.

Ms. Belciu graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and holds an LL.M in European and International Law, as well as a Master Degree in Industrial Property, Contracts and Competition. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
