Ana-Maria Baciu

Ana-Maria Baciu co-heads the firm’s Intellectual Property division, affiliated to the law firm, together with Doina Tuluca.

Ana-Maria Baciu is experienced in all aspects of national, international and communitarian registration of trademarks, design and models, legal analyses with respect to trademarks, design and models, intellectual property rights and arbitration proceedings with respect to domain names. Her expertise also covers consumer protection, gaming, pharmaceutical and health care fields. Mrs. Baciu is a licensed European trademark and design attorney and a member of the National Chamber of Industrial Property Counselors of Romania, as well as a regular writer and lecturer on IP matters in various fields, as well as on pharmaceutical and health care, gaming and consumer protection aspects. Recently she was appointed Vice-President of the Health Care Industries Practice Group within Lex Mundi.

Ana-Maria Baciu graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
