• We provide full trademark and design filing and prosecution services. We manage and maintain hundreds of trademarks and designs on behalf of our clients and we co-operate with a network of IP professionals capable of covering most jurisdictions in the world
• We represent clients in trademark oppositions and appeals before the Romanian State Office for Inventions and Trademarks as well as before the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market
• We work closely with our clients to protect their brands through cost-effective strategies ranging from negotiating consents, declarations of non-infringement and trademark purchases to sending “cease & desist” letters to infringers
• We advise on practical, preventive measures that brand owners can adopt and we also provide trademark monitoring / watch services for any or all the trademarks/designs included in the client’s portfolio, at national level or in any jurisdictions of interest for the client, in view of identifying any similar rights filed for protection by other entities
• We draft agreements for the exploitation, licensing and transfer of rights deriving from trademark and design registration and provide full services towards the registration of the transfer of rights
• We assist clients in all aspects related to domain name registration and maintenance, including representation in arbitration proceedings with respect to domain names
