• We assist clients in drawing up licensing and assignment agreements, providing full services towards the registration of the transfer of rights
• We provide validity and infringement or freedom-to-operate opinions, mainly in the chemistry and pharmacology fields
• We represent clients in revocation proceedings before the Romanian State Office for the Inventions and Trademarks
• Together with the specialized NNDKP litigation team, we have a successful record of litigation work in annulment proceedings and patent infringement proceedings before the Romanian Courts
