Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen – Intellectual Property (NNDKP IP) is an affiliated entity of NNDKP, with a practice area focused exclusively on patent prosecution and contentious aspects of intellectual property rights. In dispute matters, NNDKP IP established an Intellectual Property Litigation unit comprising a number of reputable professionals from the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice who bring a comprehensive and collaborative approach to IP planning and litigation.

NNDKP IP is co-headed by Partners Alexandru Harsany and Doina Tuluca.
