Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen Intellectual Property Counseling (NNDKP IP) is an affiliated entity of the law firm Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP). The NNDKP IP practice is one of the largest groups of specialized IP practitioners within a law firm in Romania, offering its clients the in-depth IP knowledge more commonly associated with boutique IP firms, along with the resources and wider commercial perspective of the full service law firm that is NNDKP. In dispute matters, NNDKP IP established an Intellectual Property Litigation unit comprising a number of reputable professionals from the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice who bring a comprehensive and collaborative approach to IP planning and litigation.

NNDKP IP is co-headed by Partners Ana-Maria Baciu and Doina Tuluca.
